1. What TIME is the DRIVE & DROP in the MORNING?
BLACK GATE is OPEN as early as 6:30 AM and CLOSE at 8 AM. DRIVE slowly.
2. Are the parents prohibited to enter the campus?
NO, parents are only prohibited in staying near, going in and out the classrooms & roaming in the hallways. They can visit the office during office hours, eat & sit in the canteen/cafeteria & use the restroom if needed.
3. Is the Waiting Area big enough to accomodate Parents?
It is enough if Parents come & wait during the PICK UP TIME. (Not too early & Not too late, to give way for the next batch of Fetchers- same thing with the Car Space). It is also enough for the very few who stay & wait until dismissal.
4. Can the cars park & wait for the whole class hours?
NO, COME only during your PICK UP TIME - No Standby. DRIVE & FETCH -To give space to the other Fetchers.
5. What about the FETCHERS with 2 or more Learners to fetch? (Ex. G2 & Gr5)
We advise them to come during the last schedule of Pick UP. ( Ex. Gr 5 Time)
2. Can we PARK & PAY?
We advise Parents with vehicles to PAY or Visit office during non-dismissal time - to avoid crowding our limited Car Space. (Between 8-10AM , Between 3:30-4:30) OR PAY ONLINE for convenience.
7. What about the Preschool Parents who need to wait until the end of a Two-Hour class?
From now on, Preschool Parents (with FETCHER’s PASS & with no Vehicles) can WAIT in the CANTEEN/Cafeteria, to give space of the WAITING AREA to ELEM FETCHERS.
